Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are looking forward to meeting you and your child for the next school year! We have many exciting hands on lessons and activities planned for the upcoming school year. We will be using our Smart Boards to explore higher order thinking skill activities.
We use the Circle assessment to test your children three times a year, beginning of the year, middle of the year, and end of the year. The Circle assessment focuses on literacy and vocabulary skills. You will be updated every nine weeks by progress reports, and the Circle assessment results. We send folders home nightly and need this checked and signed each night. We also use the Kindergarten curriculum in each of our lessons.
We are excited for the upcoming year, and working closely with your children to get each one socially and academically ready for Kindergarten! Thank you!

1 bottle of Clorox Anywhere Spray
1 box of tissues
1 box of washable markers
1 travel size bar soap box (found with the travel items in the beauty aisle at Wal-Mart
1 pack of dry erase markers
1 Magic Eraser
$2.00 for folder and pencil pouch (teacher has purchased these for you so everyone would have the same thing)
